This BETAFPV BT2.0 double connector cable is a 2S whoop pigtail built for brushless whoop drones such as the Cetus X 2S. Each cable uses a 1.0mm banana connector with 22AWG wire, measures 45mm long (not including the plug), and weighs 1.5g. The pack contains five cables with blue positive and white negative wires.

How does the BT2.0 connector improve flight performance?

Compared to the older PH2.0 connector, the BT2.0 uses crimped pins upgraded to a 1.0mm banana connector. This increases cross-sectional area and lowers internal resistance. The BT2.0 supports 9A continuous current and 15A bursts, while the PH2.0 only handles 4.5A continuous. The reduced resistance helps minimize voltage sag on 1S LiPo batteries, making discharge more efficient. Pilots experience fewer low-voltage warnings and potentially longer flight times.

What’s included in the pack?

You get five BT2.0 2S whoop cable pigtails. Each cable is 45mm long (excluding the plug) with 22AWG wire. Polarity is identified by wire color: blue is positive (+), white is negative (-). Each cable weighs about 1.5g.

Frequently asked questions

Is this cable compatible with 1S whoop drones?

This cable is designed specifically for 2S whoop drones. While the BT2.0 connector technology benefits 1S batteries by reducing voltage sag, this particular pigtail is a 2S configuration. For 1S use, you would need a different cable.

Does the pack include the female connector?

No, only the five pigtails are included. The mating connector on the drone’s flight controller or battery must be purchased separately.

What do the wire colors mean?

Blue wire is positive (+), white wire is negative (-). Always match polarity when connecting to avoid damage to components.

Why voltage sag matters for whoop pilots

Voltage sag happens when a battery cannot deliver current fast enough, causing the voltage to drop under load. This triggers low-voltage warnings and reduces available thrust. The BT2.0 connector’s lower internal resistance allows the battery to hold voltage better during high-current draws, which is common in 1S brushless whoops. The result is a more consistent power delivery and fewer interruptions.
